Conbello Textile has a multi-layered structure. However, our way of working has a very easy-to-understand interface for flawless manufacturing. Below, we have briefly explained how the process will work, from the design of your clothes to the production of prototypes, to their final form after being revised if necessary, and finally to their delivery to your door.

When starting your sportswear brand, the quality of your product is one of the most important factors. Of course, if you already have an ongoing clothing business and you think that you can't get the quality you want, you are already at the first point. So what do we mean by a quality sportswear? ? To be honest, there's a saying we love. Free cheese is only found in a mousetrap. In fact, an outfit that you think is cheap will actually cost you much more than what you paid for it. How can you send us your fitness apparel designs?

Please note that if you submit your designs via the two different methods below, we will definitely need the information in item 3.

Important Note: When submitting your designs to our Conbello Textile manufacturing department, if you are not sure about the accuracy of all issues such as overall design, fabric type and weight, brand logo printing system, please ask for technical advice. Even if you do not ask for advice, our technical design team will thoroughly analyze your designs and make any recommendations we deem necessary to ensure that the garments are of the highest quality.

1) All you need to do is email us the tech pack files of your garment designs (if you have a tech pack) in PDF (or JPEG, etc.) format. Average order quantity for each design. Your country, first name, last name and cell phone number.

2) Another way to send us your apparel designs is to send us the URL link of the tights you want to produce and/or photos taken from different angles. Average order quantity for each design. Your country, first name, last name and cell phone number.

3) Information about the type of fabric you want to use in the production of your sportswear (Polyester, Polyamide, Cotton, Cotton-Polyester Blend, Viscose, Tencel, Bamboo, Modal, Micro-Polyester, etc.), fabric weight, fabric color, brand logo and other printed patterns. Average order quantity of each design. Your country, first name, last name and mobile phone number.

Both methods are equally effective in getting your designs to us.

Don't worry about whether your Tech Pack file is professional or not. It is quite natural that there are many mistakes in tech pack files that are created without deep technical experience. For example, the choice of fabric suitable for the design and the printing technologies that can be used on this fabric are important technical issues. The suitability of the brand logo design for the printing system to be used is also checked by our expert team. You do not need to send fabric patterns of your garment design. Our pattern makers will professionally create patterns free of charge. During the prototype manufacturing phase of your garment, Conbello Textile will create your professional tech pack file free of charge.

To ensure flawless manufacturing, we follow a simple yet highly effective 4-step protocol:

Design Submission & Analysis: You send us your designs via email as photos, a Tech Pack, or a physical sample. We then analyze every detail and store all technical information in a manufacturing file created specifically for your brand.
Digitalization & Feedback: Based on the information you provide, we create a digitalized version of your product. This document contains all the detailed information required for production. We then work with you to apply any necessary corrections or changes.
Sample Creation & Contract: Once the final design is approved, we prepare a completed sample and ship it to your address. At this stage, we also provide a **Proforma Invoice Contract** detailing all information about the sample. Your payment for the sample initiates the preparation process.
Wholesale Production & Logistics: When you are ready to place a wholesale order, we begin full-scale production. Depending on the order quantity, a portion of the sample fee may be deducted from your total wholesale amount. We then handle all logistics, including transportation and necessary documentation, to deliver the products directly to your door.
