1. Design and Technical Development

The process begins long before any yarn is touched. It starts with your vision. We collaborate closely to translate your creative concepts into a detailed tech pack. This essential document includes everything from flat sketches and technical drawings to precise measurements, color specifications (Pantone codes), and stitch patterns. For brands with existing designs, we optimize your tech pack to ensure it's ready for seamless, large-scale production.

2. Yarn Sourcing and Selection

The soul of a knitwear piece is its yarn. We assist you in selecting the ideal fiber content from a vast library of options, including natural fibers like cotton, wool, and cashmere; synthetics like acrylic and recycled polyester; and luxurious blends. Beyond composition, we consider the yarn's weight and gauge, which are crucial for achieving the desired hand-feel and drape.
