Custom T-Shirt Manufacturer
High quality fabric, printing and stitching should be the basis for the production of customised T-shirts for your brand.
At Conbello Textile we use the original and highest quality technical fabrics such as Cotton, Polyester, Polyamide, Tencel, Viscose, Bamboo in the production of high quality T-shirts specially designed for your brand. The brand logo printing technology should be adjusted according to the fabric and fabric weight to be used in the T-shirt production. When you send your t-shirt design to Conbello Textile, we will make important suggestions on all issues such as free tech pack, brand logo design and the most suitable fabric type.
' For basic sportswear such as T-shirts, you should use high quality, modern fabrics, unless you are aiming for a promotional (disposable) quality T-shirt. If you are making high quality specialist T-shirts, you cannot use ordinary fabrics. For example, 100% cotton or cotton with 5% elastane added to prevent creasing is usually used. But while cotton can absorb perspiration very quickly, it cannot evaporate it at the same rate. The result is a sweat-soaked T-shirt that becomes heavier and heavier. Or, a polyester T-shirt may seem like a good choice for sportswear, but in hot weather it will be too much for you. This is because polyester and polyamide fabrics do not absorb and evaporate perspiration quickly. Adding viscose, made from natural beech wood fibres, to polyester fabrics solves this problem. We produce free solutions for your sportswear brand and your clothing needs for special uses. We have more than 25,000 types of fabrics and can produce fabrics to your specific requirements.'
You can get detailed information about the production of high quality custom t-shirts for your brand from our page links below.
Is it as easy as it seems to produce a fully customised and dazzling t-shirt with details?
The t-shirts, some photos of which are shown below, are original t-shirts used in the Dubai F1 grand prix. They are not fake promotional t-shirts produced in many parts of the world.

How should you follow the path for your fashion brand to be successful?
If you really want to make a successful start and grow rapidly for your activewear brand, there are some very important things you should and shouldn't do.

If you do not have a tech pack file, you can also send a product photo or URL link to the product you want. -
Anti-Pilling Coating (Finishing): Applied to both the outer and inner
surfaces of the fabric, ensuring your brand's t-shirt design maintains unrivalled quality and appearance.
-
Colour Fastness Coating: Crucial for maintaining the vibrancy and longevity
of the fabric, this coating ensures original colors are retained after each wash. A high-quality
t-shirt reflects positively on your entire brand.

Beware of Low-Quality, Cheap T-Shirt Production
Choosing a poor-quality, cheaper t-shirt comes with significant drawbacks:
-
Expect poor quality fabric that will fade and pill after the first wash.
-
Poor quality pattern and brand logo printing will result in ill-fitting t-shirts with
broken or missing seams.
-
Cuffs used on sleeves and skirts will be of poor quality, losing their grip and form
after just a few uses.
-
Limited or no customization options, as cheap manufacturers prioritize mass production.
-
Accessories like sewing thread will be of the cheapest quality, prone to
deterioration quickly.
-
Pattern printing systems may use low-quality inks containing toxic chemicals,
leading to rapid color loss and fading after washes.
-
Expect a troublesome process from sample production to the transportation of wholesale products.
-
Be aware of scam attempts where fabrics are mislabeled (e.g., "bamboo" fabric being
low-quality cotton, or "100% cotton" being disposable short-fiber fabric).
-
Technical issues like improper fit, baggy appearance, incorrect thread, and sewing techniques are common.
At Conbello Textile, we always use high-quality, genuine original fabric with anti-pilling
and color-fixing finishes to ensure a perfect t-shirt. This is complemented by high-quality
printing systems for your designs.

What makes performance clothing special?
The main function of performance apparel is to move moisture away from your skin as you sweat. Performance clothing is light in weight and is woven to allow sweat to move through the fabric and evaporate, keeping you dry during your workout. Unlike cotton, which soaks up perspiration and gets heavier when wet, performance apparel allows moisture to move to the outer layer of the garment and evaporate. The 100% polyester fabric stays light and dry against your skin even as you're running and working out, decreasing the chances of chafing.

First of all, the most important thing you need to know and apply is that if you want to grow your active wear (or street wear) brand successfully, you should definitely consider the advice we will give you. !
It doesn't matter whether you are a startup brand in the fashion field or you already have a clothing brand. Either way, we want you to be successful and steadily grow your clothing brand. At least as much as you. Because the more your clothing brand grows, the more it will create a similar result for us. To get off to a great start, simply give us basic information about your activewear brand. In fact, even with this most basic information we mentioned, we will give zie technical advice. For example, fabric color, type and weight, the application system of your brand logo or the printing system are the basic and most important information.
Our basic printing systems for sportswear products such as T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts

![]()
The printing systems we use are basically as follows.
The most advanced machine uses all printing techniques such as Screen printing ( 12 Colors - Water-based ink), High-pattern printing, Silicone printing, Transfer printing (140 different types), DTG (Direct-to-garment printing), 3D Flexo printing, Sublimation digital printing. We practice with our track.
In fact, you do not need to have a clear technical knowledge even on these issues. To give a simple example, let's say you want a men's oversized T-shirt.
Let's say you want blue colored fabric for this T-shirt and a fabric that weighs 130 Gsm. And again, suppose you asked us to embroider your brand logo on the left side of your T-shirt, which you hope will look great. Assuming that you want such a thin and light fabric or even polyester fabric, applying your desired brand logo with embroidery will not give you the result you want. Especially if your brand logo is quite intricate. Of course we will recommend different high quality and trend printing systems for your brand logo. Not only for your brand logo, but also for the oversized (let's say standard or slim-fit t-shirt) T-shirts, there can be patterns that you want to be printed on the front or the back. When you send us these patterns (artwork), we will tell you which fabric (cotton or polyester fabric), what color fabric and what weight fabric we can get the best results from. Benefiting from our deep technical knowledge will benefit you as you can imagine.
And, there is one crucial point that new starter activewear brand owners really miss when it comes to what can make a clothing brand successful.

Fabric quality: If you want to get a cheap sportswear product, you should know that we cannot sell this product for a high price. Because the fabric used in a cheap product will be of very poor quality. After washing, it will actually have a much smaller size than it says on the label. Because the original fabric is not used, there will be a serious shrinkage in the fabric after washing. Of course, as a result of this shrinkage after washing on the fabric, your brand logo print and other print patterns will be damaged.
Fabric Color Quality: If a cheap and poor quality fabric is used, the original color of the fabric will fade immediately after the first wash (ie after you sell the product). Nobody ever wants this.
Brand logo print quality: As you can guess, when a poor quality brand logo print is applied, it will be seen that this logo is bad and deteriorated on the surface of the fabric in the first washes. Therefore, the best quality printing material and printing system should always be applied.
Sewing quality: Perhaps it is one of the most important issues that are overlooked. In systems where the main purpose is to produce fast standard clothing products, the quality of sewing is not taken into account. Sewing step numbers are applied very spacingly. In addition, since the main purpose is cheap production, no quality is sought in sewing thread. As a result of this poor quality workmanship and material we mentioned about sewing, the T-shirt (or Leggings, Sports Bra, Jacket, Hoodie) will become unwearable in a very short time.
As a result of all this, the T-shirt you get cheaply will actually cost you much more than you think.
