The production of high-quality high-end t-shirts, on the other hand, is manufactured meticulously in order to increase the reputation of the consumer and clothing brand and to meet all their expectations. It includes the use of quality materials, strict quality control and a careful manufacturing process. Let's take a closer look at these details.
The reputation of your sportswear brand is our reputation
What exactly does quality control mean? We use an extremely wide range of fabric main types and subtypes in the manufacture of t-shirts. Such as 100% Long fiber Cotton, Technical polyester, Polyamide, Bamboo, Viscose, Lyocell. After deciding on the type of fabric we will use in T-shirt manufacturing, we ensure that the fabric is of the highest quality from yarn to fabric in our factory where we develop and produce fabrics together. In the t-shirt production process, quality control controls are carried out at every stage from raw material selection to final packaging. These checks allow us to detect defects and inconsistencies and prevent them from reaching the customer. Quality control helps maintain product consistency by ensuring that every t-shirt produced is of high quality. This is important because poor quality t-shirts can lead to a negative customer experience, resulting in lost customers and revenue. On the other hand, producing high quality t-shirts leads to customer satisfaction, repeat business and positive word of mouth. That's why it's so important for T-shirt manufacturers to implement a robust quality control system to ensure their products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
The fabric of a t-shirt plays a crucial role in its wearability and longevity. When looking for a quality T-shirt, it's important to examine its fabric closely. While a variety of fabric options are available, organic cotton is often considered the best choice because of its quality and sustainability. Made of thick threads, it provides a durable material that does not fray or shrink easily. In contrast, lower quality T-shirts are made from fine threads, resulting in lighter and less durable fabric. These T-shirts typically weigh between 120 and 140 gsm (grams per square metre). However, they lose fiber with each wash and are extremely short-lived. We call this type of T-shirts promotional (disposable). A weight between 150 and 220 gsm is ideal for a quality T-shirt. These T-shirts are made from thicker fabric and offer a comfortable fit that holds its shape. T-shirts over 200gr/m2 are included in the Premium category. These T-shirts are made of heavier fabric similar to a polo shirt and provide superior comfort and long-term durability.
High quality t-shirts are made from premium quality fabrics that are soft, durable and comfortable to wear. On the other hand, poor quality t-shirts often use cheap and low-grade materials that can harden, shrink or lose their shape after a few washes.
All fabric types such as 100% long fiber cotton fabric, 95/5 Cotton/Elastane fabric, 4-way stretch Technical polyester fabric, Polyamide fabric, Viscose fabric, Dri-Fit (Dry Touch) fabric, Lyocell fabric, Real Bamboo fabric in your t-shirt designs We use the highest quality ones. The fabrics we use in the production of t-shirts are available in all weights. For sports branches with high sweating, we will recommend our technical fabric types that evaporate sweat quickly. We will also recommend the most suitable fabric main and subtype for you based on your t-shirt design.
As Conbello Textile, we use high-end fabrics with color fixing finishing and anti-pilling finishing in our T-shirt manufacturing, as we use in the manufacture of all fitness wear products. Made of premium materials, high quality fabric, durable, comfortable and resistant to wear and tear.
Using high-quality fabric in t-shirt manufacturing has several benefits, including:
- Increased durability and longevity
- Improved comfort and softness
- Better color retention and fade resistance
- Reduced pilling and shrinkage
As Conbello Textile, in the manufacture of quality t-shirts, the construction of the garment is one of the technical issues we care about. This includes factors such as stitching, stitching and reinforcement in high-stress areas. Low-quality t-shirts may have uneven seams, loose threads or weak seams, resulting in a shorter lifespan. In addition, we use special thread and sewing technique suitable for the type and weight of the fabric we use in the production of T-shirts.
High-quality t-shirts often feature crisp, vibrant prints and durable and long-lasting designs. As Conbello Textile, we use high quality inks and advanced printing techniques to achieve the highest level of quality. To give an example, we use water-based ink that does not contain chemical poisons in prints such as screen printing. We use high-level ink that does not contain chemical poisons in our printing systems such as DTG (Direct-to-garment-printing). In contrast, poor quality t-shirts will have blurry prints, occasional adhesions, or poor design elements due to the use of poor quality inks and printing methods.

It is enough to send us the t-shirt fabric color you want as a pantone code. Of course, it is not technically possible to dye fabric with pantone code in prototype sample production. We try to use the fabric color in the T-shirt sample, which we will produce before wholesale production, as the closest color to the fabric color you prefer. In the wholesale production phase, you can send the desired fabric color as a pantone code. In order to help our valued customers (actually, we see you as teammates) as much as possible, we determine the amount of T-shirt dyeing with pantone code as 400-500 pieces. Of course, depending on the workload, we can also dye your fabrics with pantone code for your lower quantity orders. For low order quantities, we use the fabric closest to your preferred fabric pantone code color. Maybe one shade lighter or one shade darker. No other way around this is technically possible.
The way a design is printed on a t-shirt can significantly affect its appearance and longevity. A variety of printing systems are used in the apparel industry, each offering unique benefits and results. Screen printing (12 full colors), Transfer printing types, Silicone printing (Conbello Textile is the world leader in terms of superior silicone printing material quality and application technique developed and produced by itself) as the most frequently requested printing techniques. Of course, we can count all embroidery applications and high-pattern printing among the printing techniques we apply. Apart from these, we successfully apply all the printing systems you can think of, such as DTG (Direct to garment), Sublime digital printing system.
A ) Long Lasting Prints: High quality printing systems create designs that stand the test of time, resistant to fading and cracking.
B ) Vivid and Detailed Designs: Whether it's a striking logo or an intricate piece of art, high-quality printing systems provide precision and vibrancy.
Poor Quality Print: Prints may look good at first, but after a few washes they quickly fade and crack, causing the t-shirt to look worn. High Quality Prints, on the other hand, preserve the overall aesthetic appeal of the t-shirt, even with frequent use and more than 20 washes, by preserving its brightness and sharpness for many years.
Using high-quality printing systems in t-shirt manufacturing has several benefits, including:
- Enhanced color vibrancy and accuracy
- Increased durability and fade resistance
- Better detail and precision
- Reduced environmental impact
Uses poor quality inks, equipment and processes that result in poor color quality, smearing and fading. Also, the overall print quality of the T-shirt will be extremely poor due to sloppy workmanship and lack of experience.
A quality T-shirt is more than its fabric and design; It is the art of sewing craftsmanship that brings it all together. High-quality sewing craftsmanship includes skilled craftsmanship, precision and unwavering attention to detail during the garment assembly process.
Benefits of Using Quality Sewing Work
A ) Structural Integrity: T-shirts produced with high quality sewing techniques maintain their shape and structure even if they are worn and washed frequently.
B) Minimal Defects: Seam defects, loose threads and misaligned components are minimized when sewing is done by skilled craftsmen.
Using high-quality sewing craftsmanship in t-shirt manufacture has several benefits, including:
- Improved fit and comfort
- Increased durability and wear and tear resistance
- Better overall appearance and quality
- Reduced environmental impact
Poor quality sewing work often involves shortcuts such as using poor quality thread, unsuitable thread for the type of fabric, skipping stitches or using incorrect techniques, resulting in poor fit, discomfort and reduced durability. On the other hand, high-quality sewing craftsmanship includes precision sewing, attention to detail, and the use of premium materials to produce t-shirts that fit well, feel great, and last.
