The fabric of a t-shirt plays a crucial role in its wearability and longevity. When looking for a quality T-shirt, it's important to examine its fabric closely. While a variety of fabric options are available, organic cotton is often considered the best choice because of its quality and sustainability. Made of thick threads, it provides a durable material that does not fray or shrink easily. In contrast, lower quality T-shirts are made from fine threads, resulting in lighter and less durable fabric. These T-shirts typically weigh between 120 and 140 gsm (grams per square metre). However, they lose fiber with each wash and are extremely short-lived. We call this type of T-shirts promotional (disposable). A weight between 150 and 220 gsm is ideal for a quality T-shirt. These T-shirts are made from thicker fabric and offer a comfortable fit that holds its shape. T-shirts over 200gr/m2 are included in the Premium category. These T-shirts are made of heavier fabric similar to a polo shirt and provide superior comfort and long-term durability.

How to decide the color of your t-shirt fabric.

It is enough to send us the t-shirt fabric color you want as a pantone code. Of course, it is not technically possible to dye fabric with pantone code in prototype sample production. We try to use the fabric color in the T-shirt sample, which we will produce before wholesale production, as the closest color to the fabric color you prefer. In the wholesale production phase, you can send the desired fabric color as a pantone code. In order to help our valued customers (actually, we see you as teammates) as much as possible, we determine the amount of T-shirt dyeing with pantone code as 400-500 pieces. Of course, depending on the workload, we can also dye your fabrics with pantone code for your lower quantity orders. For low order quantities, we use the fabric closest to your preferred fabric pantone code color. Maybe one shade lighter or one shade darker. No other way around this is technically possible.
